Anyone working distressed property in one market pays both and carries a spreadsheet across the gap every week. This is the one system that owns both ends.

What arrives

The filing — case number, style, docket in index order, parties, and why we classified it as a foreclosure, with the sentence from the court record that says so.
The dates that matter — the sale date and the statutory upset-bid deadline, as first-class fields on the lead, on the board, on the calendar and in every filter. Not a guess at a seller's timeframe: a statutory date.
The property — address, assessed value, square feet, year built, and the owner's mailing address as a column of its own, separate from the property address, because they are the two different places a letter goes.
The workspace — stages, notes, tasks, tags, a unified timeline per lead, CSV import with merge that never overwrites, saved lists that re-run live, and email alerts when a list matches something new.

What we claim, and what we don't

Coverage is Mecklenburg County special-proceeding foreclosures. One county, deliberately.
Freshness is one attended sweep a day, not 24-hours-from-filing, and every case page carries the date of the sweep it was built from — derived from that sweep, never a standing claim.
Not every filing has a published property address. Where the county record has not joined one yet, the case is shown as a filing rather than dressed up as a lead.
We hold no owner emails and we do not buy any. Follow-up email goes to contacts you supply; the data we sell powers your alerts, your lists and your mailing-address exports.
Restricted cases — incompetency and guardianship proceedings — are refused at ingest and never stored, whoever asks for them.
